What you can see
Gust of wind, drops of rain, high peaked mountains is what you see. You see people, kids, adults, walking on the ground, yet when you look at the bright blue sky, you see the sun, through the large, damp, clouds. You keep wandering 'til you reach the sea, where you see the lapping waves beckoning to me. Wading in through crystal blue waters, you see schools of colorful fish swimming through odd colored reeds. The get in a rocket and fly out to space, and you look at the world and scream, what you can see!
Lapping Waves
Salty water rises and falls in the distance, while foamy white waves come and tickle my feet. I walk and find shells, and making them into colorful designs, I see them get washed away by the sea, claiming it for itself.
I walk along the white sandy beach, leaving a trail of prints in the sand, then I watch the beautiful waves come and go, and my prints retreat, called by lapping waves.
I look at the clear blue sky, and take and take in the salty air. Then I wade into the water and let go. I was called by lapping waves.
The Lights of the Night
There are lights of the night
Oh, they are so bright!
They are like so many kites up in the night
But for I have experienced the glorious night’s praise and found out the more light they have, the higher they raise.
I wish to see the bombs of light
And the shooting stars that graze the night
I also wish to go high up in the sky
and tie the beautiful stars, eye to eye
Then everybody would see the beautiful light
Then the night lights would be mine to rule
The Highest Star in the Sky
There is someone who is higher than the rest
For that someone is the best of the best
But that person’s type, is not brightness, but more of dark shade
For that someone always unleashes his sharp spade
That someone is greedy because of all of the money he has
made
But in his eyes there is some light
And someone sees it
in huge fright
He will try to bring him into the light
But it will be hard, to change that someone
For the one who is trying to change the highest star is Apollo
He goes to the temple of gold
that the highest star in the sky lives in
For the someone speaks in a low tone
And reaches into the bag he has sewn
Inside is a giant knife and a huge bow with sharp arrows
And some money that Apollo wishes that someone would loan
The someone shoots at Apollo and misses
And then suddenly Apollo is having fun
He jumps and he runs and he twirls and he twists
Then the someone turns his head and Apollo is shaken with shock
For it was the night hunter’s son.
The night hunter’s son thought and thought
He thought of his Father who tried to kill Apollo
But then he looked at Apollo, a little, innocent face
And then dropped his weapons
Apollo thought about his day
He thought about his enemy’s son
For he walked in the temple enemy
And then he walked out friend
And then his day ended well
And he lived his life happily on
And his life was peaceful, for most of the time
My Dream
I fear to sleep as though I can’t bear
For there is a dream that makes me pull out my hair
And this is how the dream goes
It starts out all dreamy comfy and nice
then I awake to be chased by mice
There is lice in my hair and I don’t feel nice anymore
I fall unconscious but I don’t care
And then I wake to sweet smelling air
It smells like roses clean and fair
And I think it might be good after all
I blink and then everything goes wrong
For I see myself, my face long
It starts to pour and then I see
This dream was a playback from when I was three
I remember the old hill where I used to play
And the old swings where I would swing all day
And the the old memories I used to love
Sleepy Snivy's Scare
Sleepy Snivy had a scare
He thought he could but he didn’t dare
he thought he could play in the beautiful moon’s light
But it only gave his heart a big, bad fright
It started to chase him and he started to run
He wished the sun were there so it could light up the night
But the night grew dark until nothing was in sight
And he had to shut his eyes tight
The morning sun glared big and bright
and Snivy had forgotten about his scare last night
and as if the sun wanted him to fright
the sky grew blacker and darker than midnight
Snivy wept as it started to pour
He thought of the big, clean ocean clutching the sandy shore
and the beautiful flowers in the fields of gold
and the happy memories in the old house he sold
He started to bawl and he started to scream
then he fell asleep to an unpleasant dream
his dream was worse than he thought
because he thought that he ought to go
so he started walk to an old cabin sitting at the top of a mountain top
Snivy had to knock and he had to push before the door opened with a beautiful sound
why, it sounded like a lush fern landing on a bush
he was so distracted with the beautiful sound
that he found himself in a cloud
he woke up with a terrified scream
and found out that that scare was only a dream
He was in his bed
snuggled up with little Ted ( his teddy bear)
and lived his life happily on.
Life Has To Go On
Nothing, that is what I see, there's nobody in this room except for me. Five minutes ago, there were more people than you can possibly count, yet there was not really a particular amount, yet life has to go on.
There are emotions, there are days, there are days I want to go and get washed away. But life has to go on.
We sing, we cry, we laugh, we die. It is all part of the wheel of life. Life has to go on.There are days I sing, there are days I dance, and other days I want to stab myself with a lance. Still, life has to go on. Hunger, greed, actions in your heart plant a new seed, you have done bad, more than you'll ever be able to count, but still you don't believe, that life has to go on. I am moments before my last breath, and I now understand, life doesn't just fall apart like sand, even on your wackiest days, the wheel continues spinning, and if there's sorrow, if there's hate, it does not matter, life MUST go on.
